BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting a booking request through Bali Wild Path, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received and verified by Bali Wild Path.
After receiving your booking request, our team will confirm availability and provide the applicable payment instructions.
A booking confirmation will be sent after the payment has been successfully verified.
Please provide accurate guest information, including name, nationality, number of guests, travel date, and contact details.

2. PAYMENT

A deposit is required to secure your booking.
The deposit can be paid online by bank transfer to an Indonesian local bank account provided by Bali Wild Path.
The booking will only be considered confirmed after the deposit has been received and verified.
Please send the payment receipt/proof of transfer to our team for verification.
The meeting point will be provided after the deposit has been received and the booking is confirmed.
The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival at the activity location by:

o Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

o Credit/Debit Card

Any applicable bank transfer fees or card processing charges are the responsibility of the guest.

3. PRICES

Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice before payment is made.
Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, the confirmed price will apply to that booking, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

4. DATE & TIME

Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point or pickup location at the confirmed time.
Please allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation before the activity.
Late arrival may result in reduced activity time or cancellation, depending on the operator's policy.
No refund will be provided for guests who miss the activity due to late arrival or failure to attend.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the selected activity and operator.
Any applicable cancellation fees will be advised at the time of booking.
Once a booking has been confirmed, refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the selected activity.
No-show bookings are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or by bank transfer, depending on the circumstances.

6. WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS

Outdoor activities such as rafting, ATV, and cycling are subject to weather and operational conditions.
The activity operator may modify, postpone, or cancel an activity when conditions are considered unsafe.
If the activity is cancelled by the operator due to unsafe conditions, guests may be offered an alternative date or refund according to the operator's policy.

7. HEALTH & SAFETY

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the activity operator and guides.
Guests are responsible for informing the operator of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other conditions that may affect participation.
Certain activities may have age, weight, height, or health restrictions.
The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is considered unfit or unable to safely participate.

8. CHILDREN

Children must meet the age requirements applicable to the selected activity.
Children must be accompanied by an adult where required by the operator.
Please provide the correct age of children when making a booking, as different rates and requirements may apply.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the activity.
Bali Wild Path and the activity operator are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence of the operator.

10. PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Some activities may include complimentary photos or videos, while additional photos/videos may be available at an extra charge.
Photo and video availability may vary depending on the selected program and operator.

11. TRANSPORTATION

Pickup and drop-off are only included when specifically stated in the selected package.
Additional transportation fees may apply depending on the pickup location.
Guests who arrange their own transportation are responsible for arriving at the designated location on time.

12. CHANGES TO BOOKING

Requests to change the date, time, number of guests, or selected program are subject to availability and the applicable operator's policy.
Additional charges may apply for changes or upgrades.
Changes are not guaranteed until confirmed by Bali Wild Path.

13. LIABILITY

Bali Wild Path acts as a booking and travel service provider connecting guests with selected activity operators and service partners.
Activities are operated by independent third-party providers.
Bali Wild Path will assist guests with booking-related matters but is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural events, traffic, government regulations, operational changes, or force majeure.
